Cup lock standard / verticals are manufactured from 48.00 OD MS Round Pipe, provided in various
sizes with cup joints welded at 500 mm Intervals. The top cups are made from malleable casting
to endure rough site handling, and welded bottom cups are pressed from high quality steel. They
incorporate fixed bottom cups and 0.5 mm vertical center with a captive free upper cup to form
horizontal connection to up to four other components from the system.

The standard vertical cup lock is the integral part of the scaffolding system and in the installation
of a scaffolding structure. These cup locks are manufactured using graded mild steel and possess
excellent load bearing strength. Beside from the standard size, this cup lock is also designed in
other size according to requirement of customer.
